 Built in 2004, the complex consists of two large buildings, each of them with several separate entrances. The centre of the resort is about 4 km away, but there is a local bus service running regularly next to the complex.  

 On the territory of the complex there is a large swimming pool, children’s pool, a restaurant with delicious international cuisine and bar, where guests may relax during the day, as well as at the night. Children will remain fascinated from the modern playground, for the sport lovers there is a tennis court. For convenience of the guests there are 24 hours security and parking lots. The gardens of the complex are well maintained, arranged with flowers, making even more pleasant and romantic atmosphere for the holiday.

Green Fort holiday village is situated only 200 m from the sea, followed behind from a tiny pine forest. It is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach, close to the luxury hotels Helena resort, Majestic and Victoria Palace.

Green Fort has a wide variety of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments:

 * studio - one large room with kitchen area, extendable sofa bed, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower cubical, suitable for 3people;

  * one bedroom apartment - kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed, bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower cubical, suitable for 4 people;

  * two bedroom apartment - kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed, two bedrooms with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower cubical, suitable for 6 people.

All apartments are luxury furnished for more comfortable stay with air conditioner, fully fitted kitchen box with electrical appliances, extendable sofa bed, cable television, double or twin beds, spacious balconies with panoramic view. Some of the apartments with two bedrooms are duplexes.
